Basically Paypal is a 'payment processor', and *ALL* payment processors will protect the 'consumer' in *ANY* situation. It really does suck, if for any reason a customer says he did not get a proper product, the funds are instantly reversed, and you have to *fight* for your money. Paypal does have an appeals method, we've used it successfully numerous times, if you can get a Signature Proof of Delivery, or a fedex, ups, airborne tracking # saying it arrived @ his location at this time, fax that to paypal. Also get all information on the transaction you can, the more you have the better the chance you will of getting your money back. Good Luck, -JokerF15
